1	Participants of the scheme of "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" guarantee that only Natural green jade will be sold in their outlets. (Can not sell and show any treated jade, resin impregnated jade, dyed jade or faked jade.)
2	Participants must fill in the application form as well as the rules & regulations issued by the Hong Kong Jade Association and return it to the Association after sign & chop by the authorized person.
3	Participants must pay for the annual testing fee.
4	Participants must agree that their jadeite jade (Fei Cui) to be selected by Hong Kong Jade Association for testing purpose, which will be returned after testing (Number of items selected depends on the regulations of that year.)
5	For insurance and security reasons, selected item for testing will be sealed in shop. Participants should send the selected item to the laboratory limited, which given accreditation by the HKSAR Government, at the delicate time and date for testing. Overdue or haven't follow the instructions must obtain Hong Kong Jade Association consent for re-arrangement, otherwise, will be treated as giving up the application.
6	Qualified applicants will be awarded with "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" after the assessment of the Hong Kong Jade Association. The mark can be placed at the address of the application form shown and which must be returned to the Association if the applicant's business closed or withdrawal from membership.
7	If there is any treated jade, resin impregnated jade, dyed jade or faked jade found in the testing, that is one of the five selected items not qualified as natural jade. The "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" will not be awarded to participants who cannot be qualified in the jade testing.
8	The "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" will be valid for one year. The Association will select a jadeite jade (Fei Cui) from participants for testing irregularly at least twice a year. The testing fee will be paid by the participants. To ensure a recognized standard, the qualified participants can continue to own the Mark.
9	The jade in shop which being in question or complained will be passed to the independent "Jewellery Trade Laboratory Limited" for testing. And the shop must pay for the testing fee. If the result found the jade does not qualified as natural jade, shop must retrieve all the sold item(s) and arrange 100% refund immediately. The "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" for that year must return and the qualification will be terminated immediately.
10	The Association can retrieve the "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" at anytime for shops violate any of the above regulations.
11	The Association will not take any legal responsibilities for any disputes caused by non-qualify jade articles sold. Shops agreed to bear all the lost and expenses incurred by the Association due to the above mentioned issues.
12	The Association has the rights to retrieve or make amendment on the design of the "Natural Fei Cui Quality Mark" is possessed by the Association which has the rights to retrieve or amend the design of the mark.
13	The Association has the final right and the power of amendment on the above rules & regulations.
